How to Take Good Care of Yourself

10am - 2pm

About This Session

We often talk about self-care, but what does it really mean to take good care of yourself — in ways that are realistic, kind, and sustainable?

This one-hour mindfulness session offers a calm and supportive space to pause, step out of autopilot, and reconnect with what you genuinely need. Through simple guided practices and quiet reflection, you’ll explore how care can be woven into everyday life — not as another task to achieve, but as something that naturally supports you.

There is no pressure to fix, improve, or change anything. Just an invitation to listen, notice, and respond with a little more kindness.

What to Expect

During this session, you will be gently guided through:

  • A short settling practice to arrive and ground

  • Mindfulness reflections on what good care looks like for you

  • Simple, accessible practices you can take into daily life

  • Space for quiet awareness and rest

There will be periods of silence and guidance throughout. You are always welcome to sit on a chair or cushion and move or rest as needed.

A Gentle Note

You don’t need to wait until you’re exhausted to take care of yourself.
This hour is simply a chance to pause, breathe, and begin again — kindly.
