5-Minute Mindfulness Practice
Listening to sounds and silence.
Introduce Yourself (If You Wish)
A brief moment to share about yourself with the group.
12:30 Movement
Helen raises awareness of inner space, emphasizing the feet, knees, and hips. She encourages reflection on personal experiences and explores how these lessons can be applied to daily life while seated in a chair.
13.00 Lunch
Homemade soup, bread from Camphill bakery, fruits, teas, coffee, and biscuits.
afternoon session
14:00 Brief mindfulness exercise led by Dave
Focusing on tuning into the body, followed by a movement practice.
14:10 Art Journaling
Pick a prompt from the Ideas Jar, filled with sketching and doodling prompts. Valeria will guide and support everyone through this task.
Colour Your Day
A colour exploration exercise inspired by Joseph Albers, where we immerse ourselves in one colour and its various shades and tints (e.g., “Daffodility”).
16:40 Rounding Up the Day
5-minute quiet period to gather thoughts.
Participants share their thoughts, feelings, and feedback.
Close of session, tidying up.
